To offer new possibilities for users, GMC has revolutionized the loading box with the optional MultiPro tailgate. It has never been easier to use your truck as a working tool!
The new MultiPro tailgate offers 6 different configurations, depending on the task at hand. The 6 configurations are tailored to the needs of users of this type of vehicle.
The tailgate, which greatly facilitates loading, storage and access, is a first in the industry and was very positively received at the unveiling.
In addition to this new feature, the Sierra 2019 cargo box features the most generous cargo volume in its class, and a 120-volt power outlet.
The two-level tailgate allows different configurations depending on the use. Users can lower the main liftgate simply by pressing the button on the key, or the one on the liftgate directly.
When the primary gate is fully open, a load stop device secures the objects carried in the box. Opening the inner gate also provides better access to the cargo box.
The opening of the tailgate and the load stop allows you to switch to entry and exit mode, to facilitate travel and provide a seat option. An extra handle has been added to make entry easier.
Some loads will be better secured by droping only the inner gate and the load stop.
Finally, the open secondary tailgate offers a work surface in a standing position.
