Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and text message to schedule service appointments and promote recommended maintenance services
  • Make follow-up calls to existing clients for service appointments as well as ongoing promotions
  • Follow up with clients waiting for parts and schedule appointments as soon as parts are received
  • Maintain and update the client database in the SERTI system
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience

Profile / Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Quick learner with experience using a CRM
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (incoming calls, in-person clients, scheduling appointments, and updating software information)
  • Ability to communicate in both French and English with clients
