The 22-year-old Emy Legault is an exceptional triathlete from Ile-Perrot. She is currently training to compete at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
The young woman is currently in Australia, where she undergoes intensive training to launch her 2019 year.
The Chevrolet Buick GMC Ile-Perrot ambassador still had a few minutes of free time to send us news.
« Hello everyone! First of all, Happy new year 2019!
I am now at the end of my training camp in Australia, and by the end of January, I will be heading to Hong Kong. It was a difficult camp, where we accumulated several hours of training (almost 30 hours a week except for Christmas week). It was a camp with very long bike rides (between 150k and 200k twice a week plus 60k here and there) and a lot of elevation, which means a lot of mountains to climb! I learned a lot about myself and my limits, since I came back to training a bit too quickly after my rest and I have a small injury (which should leave quickly!).
